Our free assessments provide recommendations based on industry best practices and observed conditions. These assessments are not comprehensive building inspections and do not replace professional engineering or architectural evaluations.
3.3 Code Compliance
Property owners are responsible for ensuring all work complies with local building codes, fire codes, and homeowner association requirements. We recommend consulting with local authorities before beginning any mitigation work.
4. Service Agreements and Estimates
4.1 Estimates
All service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change based on material costs, site conditions, or scope modifications.
4.2 Written Contracts
Formal service agreements will be provided in writing before work begins. These contracts supersede any verbal agreements or preliminary estimates.
4.3 Cancellation

- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
